近日，
書店瀏覽，
書架上出現，許多＂慢＂字.....
慢活，慢食.....
期刊雜誌，
出現許多＂慢＂的專題.....
一時間，慢，這個字，
似乎，慢慢甦醒.....
我喜歡慢，
慢慢講話，慢僈走路，慢慢想好....
然而，一切講究快速的社會，
如何慢得下來？
其實，快慢，無關＂速度＂....
快慢，關乎＂態度＂。
快，不能快得匆忙.....
慢，不要慢得懶散.....
快慢，講究的，是韻律.....
不是，時間的絕對值。
快慢，從呼吸開始；
不是，從動作開始......
先深呼吸，無聲......
慢慢......

慢慢悠閒於人生道上，也是一種幸福！但是在這個追求快速的時代裡，你想慢可別人不想讓你慢，想慢竟是如此難求！

我一直認為，慢是心境，不是速度；
現代社會，大家都匆忙，
卻不一定速度快；
因為浪費許多時間.....
我一直期待，
一種境界....
行動快速，心境緩慢
像是慢動作切入上籃.....
準確，快速，
卻又
優雅，緩慢。
這麼來說的話
我倒想起佛陀的「拈花微笑」
嗯
應該是想起金庸的鹿鼎記比較貼切
書上說呢
「拈花擒拿手」是少林派的高深武學，
純以渾厚內力為基，出手平淡沖雅，
不雜絲毫霸氣。
這路功夫
就是以「拈花」兩字為這路擒拿手之名，
每一招都是姿式高雅，
和尋常擒拿手的扳手攀腿，大異其趣。
想佛祖拈花，迦葉微笑，
不著一言，妙悟于心，
那是何等超妙的境界？
慢嘛....
